Omg, the location was 💯! right in the heart of everything but so quiet! room was 💥, but check-in took forever! staff 👌, especially kiefer, made my stay super special. Would defo come back! 🥰

The hotel is awesome - huge, quiet rooms; a comfy bed; and super nice staff. It's in a prime spot near the subway, Times Square, and Empire State Building too. The only downside was no bar or restaurant, just a cafe where you have to wait for breakfast, but nothing major. The close proximity to everything and the dog-friendly policy make this place a top pick for me when in NYC! 🐶

Amused myself by pretending to watch cable TV while sipping tea. Only complaint? The distance from LaGuardia.

The view from our room on the 27th floor was amazing, and we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. the safety features of the hotel, like the key access to the elevators and double locks on the doors, gave us peace of mind. the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when we requested a room with an accessible roll-in shower.

The housekeeping service was inconsistent, as they only came once during our four-day stay. the hotel room had old hair ties left from a previous guest under the nightstand, which was a bit unpleasant to discover.
